I feel two ways about taking Vitamin supplements. On one hand, I believe that all the nutrition and food that you eat will have all the vitamins that are required by humans. On the other hand, I also believe that there is no way anybody can get all the vitamins and minerals required to be healthy if all we’re doing is eating food. Even if we try our hardest, sometimes there is no way of knowing where the food actually came from.
I do not think taking a lot of vitamins is healthy for your body. Too many vitamins can damage your kidneys, your liver, and your other organs. You will actually make yourself worse off than if you took nothing.

Besides that, other sot consider are Calcium and magnesium, Vitamins A, B, C, D, and E. If you are going to take a lot of vitamins though, be careful and add them all slowly seeing how you do on each add. Either way, if you don’t want to take vitamins but eat healthy, you can get everything that you will ever need to treat your Candida.
