Most people who have symptoms of bloating do not realize that they have Candida. They aren’t sure what it is, and doctors often misdiagnose it. Many people do not realize it can be Candida in your system. Doctors will tell people, they have Irritable Bowel Syndrome, Crohn’s Disease, Gastroenteritis, and a million other possible diseases. They are often very late to diagnose someone with Candida.
Bloating by itself isn’t usually considered a major symptom of Candida. Bloating can however get very painful when you have serious Candida overgrowth, because the yeast releases carbon dioxide, which can become very painful. With bloating, you need to be wary of the other symptoms. You may also be experiencing abdominal pain, gas,, diarrhea, indigestion, and a multitude of other symptoms. If you see other signs such as Thrush, ringworm, athlete’s foot, jock it, yeast infection, you can be pretty sure you have Candida overgrowth.
Suzanne Somers blog http://www.suzannesomers.com/Blog/post/Gas-and-Bloating-It-may-be-Candida!.aspx talks about the three things that causes Candida overgrowth which are a weak immune system, PH imbalance, and Dysbiosis which just means that you have an imbalance in your gut.
To solve those problems, what you really need to do is make sure to eat right, and avoid foods you aren’t supposed to eat. You then need to make sure to take the right amount of probiotics, and over the long term, not only will you feel slimmer without bloat, but you will just feel better and healthier overall.
