Aloe Vera Candida Treatment

There are many treatments for Candida, some are made by big pharmaceutical companies, and others are natural. One treatment that you may wish to try before you go with harsh chemicals on your skin, or take pills would be Aloe Vera. Instead of weakening your immune system and poisoning your body, you can try a more natural gentle way.

According to Whole Intentions Aloe Vera Juice is “a gentle juice that is anti-fungal, anti-viral, anti-bacterial and anti-inflammatory. It lowers pH levels (candida thrives in acidic environments) and can help alleviate constipation (remember, the colon collects toxic waste). Aloe Vera is a great detoxifier, especially for the liver (the organ that cleans the candida by-products from your blood).

There are many ways to use Aloe Vera; you are not restricted to using it in only one form. Look for something that contains as much Aloe Vera as you can find. If you are going to use Aloe Vera in a gel, do not look for things that have a lot of “filler” ingredients, like water, alcohol, etc. Look for the purest Aloe Vera as you can find, there are even products that contain 100% Aloe Vera (I still wouldn’t consume it though, especially if it’s labeled as a cream).

The problem with a lot of Aloe Vera Juice that you buy in stores is it contains a lot of ingredients to make it taste better. Aloe Vera itself is pretty thick and to get a drinkable juice out of it, it is often mixed with other ingredients. Watch out when you buy drinks that contain ingredients like sugar as you will think you’re fighting off your Candida with Aloe Vera Juice, but instead you are feeding it with sugar.

You can buy Aloe Vera that is just Aloe Vera in big containers and drink a little or mix it with other juices and drink that every day. If I wanted to save money, I would buy a gallon sized Aloe Vera, put it in a smaller container and put that on my skin as well. This way, I’d have one product and use it as a cream, and drinking internally so I would kill the candida on the inside of my body, and outside as well.

One final way to use Aloe Vera, which I believe to be the best and freshest would be to take the actual Aloe Vera plant and use it that way. It is a lot of work to do it, but if you want the most benefit, it would be ideal.
